The Snack is a compact everyday carry knife inspired by the clean, functional lines of Japanese kitchen blades like the petty and santoku. While not a dedicated kitchen knife, it brings the same slicing efficiency into a versatile utility knife. Equally at home in the garage or on the road as it is at a picnic on a hike.
Ground from corrosion resistant 3mm 14C28N steel, the Snack excels at smooth, controlled cuts, aided by a long, continuous belly. The pronounced heel provides handle clearance, allowing full use of the cutting edge right to the rear of the blade, while two jimping points offer clear indexing and enhanced control during precise work.
The knife is fit with transverse milled G10 scales and secured with two stainless steel tubes, keeping the build lightweight and durable.
It comes with a well designed kydex sheath featuring a slim metal inside-waistband clip, along with multiple lashing and attachment points for compatibility with aftermarket attachment options.
